Welcome to my bear site. My name is Christine van den Berghe. I'm 45 years old and I live with my husband and our two sons in the south of the Netherlands in the beautiful province Noord-Brabant. For as long as I can remember I was interested in bears, and I wanted to make a bear by myself. I have noticed that I had a real talent for making teddy bears and since than I've made several bears. To have more honour of my work, I drew bears (and mice) by my self. Hugh G., Dusty, Fay Lyn, Miss Mandy, Barry, Maurice, Robin en Andy are the examples of it. All my bears are handmade, and have a original My Precious One label with a real Swarovski stone. They all have scribble and discs, entirely moveable, have glass eyes and embroidered nose. If you are interested in a bear, but you have special whishes, want to give the bear a special name, or if you want a bear who gets something special with him or for a loved one . You can mail me anytime. Together we can look what the possibilities are. I continue to keep, in each bear, my own input. These bears are not toys, so not convenient for children!!!!
